To further our commitment to our customers we have expanded our MRO service capabilities. 

Our 50,000 square foot warehouse and service center is located less than a mile from Hill Air Force Base in Clearfield, Utah. 

Our top US Air Force trained A & P aircraft mechanics have over 50 years combined  experience.  IEP’s repair center is certified for both hot section and compressor section repairs and accessories. 

      
On-site MRO services results in greater quality control.  IEP’s Lifecycle management, based on OEM specifications, increases the longevity and reliability of crucial and rare components.

By monitoring all stages of product lifecycle, our mechanics have greater knowledge and confidence in the condition of our parts and components.

Our MRO Capabilities include:

• Initial visual inspection and assessment of major components and modules exterior

• Engine and major component teardown

• Clean, check & test parts and components as needed

• Detailed internal inspections on parts and assembly closely following OEM and Military specifications

• Overhaul, repair and maintenance of parts as needed

• Bulk inventory inspection and management

• Hot section ceramic thermal barrier coating

• Trace and track service intervals of spares following OEM requirements

• Level 2 NDT capabilities to Mil-Standard 400
  

 

 

 

Spares and Repairs

 

Our Spares and Repairs program specializes in the repair and overhaul of serviceable parts for the J79, J85 and F110 GE engines.  With this rotable exchange service, we can quickly deliver needed parts, greatly reducing repair time and the cost associated with inoperable engines.   The service offers off-the-shelf replacements parts, repair and return of existing parts and parts exchange for a credit.
